Prices are in AUD. Pay in store; there is no online payment.

Before you send the request

  • Request at least two hours ahead and no more than seven calendar days ahead, using Melbourne local time.
  • Minimum age is 5. Children aged 5–8 require an accompanying adult; participants and accompanying adults count toward the physical capacity of 8.
  • Submission is a request only. YezYY staff must manually confirm it before it becomes a booking.
  • Prices are in AUD. Pay in store; there is no online payment.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, the original time is no longer guaranteed and staff may rearrange your visit.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requested at least two hours before the start is free. Later requests are at staff discretion. There is no cancellation fee.
  • Your contact details are used to review this request and communicate booking updates.
